Ingredients

  • 1.5 c milk
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 4 c bread flour
  • 2.5 tsp active dry yeast (or 3.5 tsp rapid rise)
  • 2 tsp fine herbes
  • 1 tsp basil (fresh if possible, dry is fine)
  • 1 egg

Directions

Goes in the bread machine on basic settings.
